Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. You can select your preferred shipping method during checkout. The available options are:

- Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 2-3 business days for faster service.
- Next Day Shipping: For urgent orders, delivery within the next business day.
- International Shipping: We also offer international shipping for customers outside the United States. Delivery time varies by country and region.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You will see the exact shipping charges during the checkout process.
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.
- Expedited and Next Day Shipping options are available for an additional fee.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note that orders made after 2 PM (EST) will be processed on the following business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after the shipping confirmation is sent.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to physical addresses in the United States and select international locations. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delayed Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, sometimes external factors such as weather, holidays, and unforeseen delays may affect shipping times. In such cases, we will notify you of the delay and provide an updated delivery estimate.
Lost or Damaged Items

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your product. Please keep all original packaging and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues.
Returns & Exchanges

International Shipping
For international customers, shipping times and costs will vary based on the destination country. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
